On this two day Swedish Body Massage course you will learn a wide range of massage techniques. This will allow you to provide clients with customised treatments that can sooth, relax or stimulate the body and mind, therefore creating a sense of well-being.
Swedish body massage was developed by using knowledge of the human of the body, as well as ancient practices performed by the Romans, Egyptians and Greeks to treat physical problems.
You will learn how to recognise clients’ individual needs, and adapt your treatment using multiple massage techniques, in order to create a tailor-made service. Also, you will learn how to identify tension and tight nodules within muscles and how to help disperse these, both manually and mechanically.

On your training day, you will need to bring 2 bath towels, but all other products and equipment are provided for you. However, we are able to supply kits at an additional cost.
