All our lecturers hold teaching qualifications and are registered assessors with the appropriate qualifications in the subject areas they teach.

All our courses are accredited by BABTAC and Guild of Professional Beauty Therapist which can arrange inexpensive insurance.

If English is not your first language and you feel you may find the course difficult to understand then please bring this to our attention so we can make the requirements needed for your success on the course. An interpreter can be used to help in the process. If students are unable to answer questions written or orally to show a satisfactory understanding of the subject then we reserve the right not to award our diploma which states that students have successfully completed a course at the required standard.

When you purchase an online course from Beautec, we will send you a website link, username and password to be able to access all the online material you will need for your course. We will also email you an information pack on your chosen course.
When you have received all the relevant material you can start working on your course. You will need to read all the information, complete all online exercises and follow our step-by-step practical video guide.
Once this is all complete, you will need to do 3 practical assessments in your chosen subject. These will need supporting video or photo evidence, which will need to be sent to us via email to be assessed.

Once you submit all your theory work one of our experienced lecturers will mark it and if it is all correct you will be able to start your practical assessments. You have to complete 3 practical assessments, all meeting different requirements and provide supporting video/photo evidence of each one. We will instruct you on certain specifications that we will need to see.

The course itself has no minimum time expectation; you can complete it as quick as you wish. However you must complete within one year of your purchase date. Any work not submitted with in this time will be invalid and we will be unable to provide you with a certificate.

A 30% deposit is required to hold a place on our courses and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the course commencing. With our NVQ courses we can set up flexible payment plans, which enable you to pay whilst you study. All payments must be complete one month before the end of the course.

The day is predominantly practical which will give you the experience you need to master the skill. You will be working on fellow students, this allows you to feel the treatments and also, give & receive feedback.

Deposits and course payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all payments made for that course. Beautec reserve the right to offer a new date for any courses we may have to cancel.
